IOS Devices
Head to settings on your mobile phone or tablet.
Go to the Apps section (bottom of the page)
iOS comes with a built-in Mail app, but you can also use third-party apps like Gmail Suite. In this guide, we'll focus on setting up your email using the native Mail app.
Go to Mail accounts and select New Account
Choose Other
Click on "Add Email Account" and enter the same credentials you use to access your email.
In the final step, we recommend using IMAP over POP to sync your emails across other devices.
For incoming and outgoing post servers
Use the email server credentials provided in our EVC panel. You can find these by going to Emails → [Select your email account] → Email Client Settings.
The hostname typically consists of your domain with "mail" as a subdomain. For example, use mail.yourdomain.com (replacing "yourdomain.com" with your actual domain) for both incoming and outgoing mail servers.
The username is your email address (e.g., info@example.com), and the password is the one you set up for your email account.
Once everything is set up correctly, click next and choose if you'd like to sync notes (optionally)
you can now send and receive emails from your email account on your Apple device(s).
