Click Add Account in the top-right corner.
Choose your email address and preferred domain name.
Select an Account Type:
Mailbox (stores emails)
Forward-only (forwards emails to another address)
Set a mailbox size (max: 1GB).
Create a name and password for your mailbox.
In most cases, a 1GB mailbox is more than enough to store thousands of emails without attachments. However, if your business relies on frequent emailing with large attachments like photos and videos, you may need a larger mailbox. We recommend upgrading to a 10GB mailbox or using Gmail, which includes Google Drive storage of up to 30GB.
