It’s possible to invite other developers, designers, or users to collaborate on a project. This is especially useful when working with an external agency or freelancers. The account owner always retains full control and management rights and can never be removed.
Roles and Permissions
As the account owner, there is no limit to the number of team members you can add to the panel. They can be invited via a direct link or email. When inviting, you can choose from two roles:
Super Admin: has unlimited access to all resources within the account, including email, integrations, logs, and all associated websites.
Collaborator: If you select the Collaborator role, you can specify which websites the invited person has access to. Collaborators can manage files, databases, security settings, and other features, but their permissions are limited to the specified website(s). This role is especially useful for managing multiple projects under a single account.
Invite a user
Select Users in the left sidebar.
Click on Invite User in the top right corner of the screen.
Fill in the form with the details of the user you want to invite.
Select the user role.
Click the Invite button to complete the process.
Once the user is invited, they must click the link in the invitation email and set up their account. The invitation will automatically expire after 10 days.
