FinAI can assist you by answering questions in your preferred language(s).

To provide fast and efficient support, we've integrated several smart features—including an AI-powered chatbot designed to assist you in real time.

Meet FinAI, your intelligent support assistant. Instead of manually searching through our knowledge base, simply ask your question, and FinAI will scan and deliver the most relevant answers. If you need more details, it will also provide a direct link to the full article for further information.

You can access the chat anytime in the bottom-right corner of your screen.

By default, Fin responds in English. But did you know you can ask Fin to reply in your preferred language? Just say so, and it will translate for you! Keep in mind that all answers will initially be in English, so you’ll need to ask Fin to translate each response.

If you’re still unsure, you can ask to chat with our support team. We’ll open a support ticket and get back to you within 24 hours. Our team is here to help Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 17:00 CET.
